Minutes of All Proceedings
DHCD holds public hearings each year as part of its planning process for the development of the Consolidated Annual Action Plan. Needs hearing are held in October and/or November of each year to obtain feedback from the public in developing the plan. In addition, a hearing is held each year, normally in March, to provide the public the opportunity to comment on the draft version of the plan.
