DHCD Releases Final Plan for Neighborhood Stabilization Program Funding

DHCD has released its plan for the $2.8 million in neighborhood stabilization program (NSP) funding designated for the District by the federal government. DHCD proposes to invest the NSP funds to develop 58 units of affordable housing in the Ivy City/Trinidad neighborhood. Full Text
